Our Head office and distribution is based in Auckland, please be mindful to understand that we have experienced delays in shipping timeframes so please give up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. If in the instance that you need to amend a delivery address to your online order, please email or call us as soon as possible. If this is done promptly we may be able to change or redirect this for you.
PO Boxes
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or forwarding addresses. Ensure that at checkout you do not use this as the delivery destination as we will not be able to fulfil your order.
