Shipping Policy
We ship from Auckland, New Zealand, to customers in New Zealand, Australia and the United States. Prices and shipping are shown in your local currency at checkout.
New Zealand

- Free shipping on orders over $100
Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.
Australia
Flat-rate shipping of AU$15 per order to anywhere in Australia. Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery.
United States
Flat-rate shipping of US$25 per order to anywhere in the United States. Please allow 10–20 business days for delivery.
Import duties and taxes
United States: we pay the import duties and taxes on US orders, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Australia: orders may be charged import duties and taxes by Australian customs. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping.
Order processing
Our head office and distribution are in Auckland. We work closely with our shipping partners to keep delays to a minimum, but busy periods can slow things down. If you need an update on your order, please contact us.
Changing your delivery address
If you need to change the delivery address on your order, email or call us as soon as possible. If you get in touch quickly, we may be able to change or redirect it for you.
PO boxes
We can't deliver to PO boxes or parcel-forwarding addresses. Please use a street address at checkout, or we won't be able to fulfil your order.
